1. Order Cancellation

Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@shrnm.in as soon as possible. We can process cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we unfortunately can’t cancel it.

Refund: If we do cancel an order (due to insufficient stock or quality concerns), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Policy: Due to the nature of our luxury bedding and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used, including products that are removed from their original packaging.

Action: Products that remain unused, unwashed, and in their original bag packaging are eligible for return or exchange, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
3. Conditions for Replacement

Policy: We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, the wrong size or colour, or in faulty packaging, we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement.

Replacement Process: Once your request is verified, we will issue a replacement within 7-10 business days. If we’re unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

These are part of the natural beauty and authenticity of the materials and do not constitute defects.
